I'm gonna roll with Nathaniel on this one. Being an entrepreneur is something you have to want. You can try to nurture it, but if you don't have the passion and desire, you won't succeed. And passion and desire aren't something you can teach - it has to come from within.

Nurture plays a part for sure, but nature is the ultimate factor.

Nature. The DNA leads you to the influences, friendships, and life experiences that get you going on the entrepreneurial path. It might take one person longer than another to 'escape the cubicle', but if you've got it in your head to do things for yourself, the time will come. You'll be so hungry for nurturing, it will come.
